Wine and Gastronomy (Term 1) is the first step toward completing the Diploma in Wine, Gastronomy and Management.
The 3-month course is designed to give you a strong foundation on which to build your wine and gastronomy skills and knowledge. Wine and Gastronomy (Term 1) includes modules such as wine sensory analysis, wine production, food and wine matching or hospitality and events.
During this term, you will taste a large selection of wine and beverages at trade tasting and wine events as well as visit wineries, breweries, distilleries and restaurants all based in the UK.
Wine and Gastronomy (Term 1) can be followed by Wine and Management (Term 2).

Hours per week: approximately 22 hours
Entry requirements: high school diploma or equivalent, evidence of English language. No prior experience is required. All students must be aged 18 years or over.
